  1.    Digital Camera lets you capture graphics from a file or screen, and
  2. allows you to then manipulate and save the image to disk in a variety of
  3. formats. It allows for effects such as image blurring and the blending of
  4. two images, and yet does not require 32 bit QuickDraw. Infact, Digital
  5. Camera will even allow the creation of old type 1 PICTs on any Mac,
  6. and can work with both type 1 and type 2 picts at the same time. This 
  7. feature is quite useful for programmers who wish to create PICTs that
  8. are downward compatible.
  9.     This version is completely free, though comments of any sort
  10. are greatly appreciated. If you use the program, please register so that
  11. I can keep you informed of updates. All this involves is sending me your
  12. name, version of Digital Camera, and the type of Macintosh you use.
